A Disguise

Harry stepped out onto the street, looking briefly over his shoulder, before setting off at a brisk pace.

First off, he cast a small charm to avert muggle attention so that he could start with some real magic. Never breaking stride, he ran his hand through his hair, changing it from raven black to a nice sandy blond color. He took his glasses off his face, giving them a shake with one hand, changing them into sunglasses. With his other hand he rubbed a hand over his face, changing his eyebrow color to match his hair before stopping and rubbing his eyes as if tired, changing his emerald eyes to a cool blue before putting his sunglasses back into place.

With his basic features changed, he focused on his clothes. Bending down to tie his shoes, he stood back up his jeans now tan slacks and his running shoes now dress shoes. He took off his wind breaker turning it inside out and put on a tan blazer in its place. Finally, he pinched the front of his t-shirt and pulled it out as if to fan himself leaving him wearing a dress shirt with the top two buttons undone.

Confident in his disguise he dropped his muggle aversion charm, just to step around the corner and almost walk into someone.

“‘Arry, is that you?” He recognized that voice.

So much for a disguise Harry thought as he let out a long sigh.
