Harry Potter/SCP cross-over AU. Harry never meets Fleur in 4th year, she never went to Beauxbatons. After the war, Harry is an Auror that gets assigned to a ICW Specialist Team when Wizarding Folk start disappearing. They learn that certain "dark creatures" are being captured by some sort of muggle government agency. You can either lean hard into SCP, if you like it, or can divorce SCP entirely and just go for Fleur has been kept by some muggle shadow-governmental agency and studied all her life. Perhaps her Veela allure is particularly strong or unfettered because she never learned to control it. Or muggles have no defense to the allure and magical folk have some level of resistance granted due to their magical ability. Regardless, Harry breaks her out and forms a connection with the scared woman. Even after the mission he can't help but remember the enigmatic Veela, he decides to help her reunite with her family and acclimate to wizarding society.
