How to get Harry/Fleur together without upsetting the Weasley's or her cheating on Bill:
- Bill comes out as homosexual. He was under pressure as the firstborn male heir of the Weasley's to propagate the family line so he denied his true feelings.
- Bill goes missing on a trip to Egypt. Months go by and Harry is there to help Fleur through his death. He comes back years later (amnesia or whatever plot device) but Fleur and Harry have already gotten married.
