Ok, so a quick one before bed. During some visit to Fleur's family or a holiday in a wine region, Harry falls in love with the whole wineyard aesthetic. So when he can't take the public attention anyone (3rd anniversary of Voldemort's defeat or similar festivity), Harry has a chat with Fleur and they decide to spend some of the gold they got from the war and buy a wineyard (in the UK, that means close to the Channel Coast or East Anglia, with Sussex having the best weather), and rather than some dangerous, Action filled job, they make their own wine (You probably need around 15 acres to live from it) and generally have a relaxed life at their new home. Maybe raising their children in peaceful surroundings.
If you want action, have them step up and fix the Ministry at some point, or just write a peaceful "farmer" story with fancier plants than grain and vegetables.
