Fleur accidentally spills coffee all over the shirt of the dark-haired green eyed teen on the streets of London. She does not know he is a wizard or Harry Potter since his scar is covered.
So instead of magically cleaning it, she immediately takes out some money for dry cleaning and offers it to him.
Harry, the polite chap that he is, refuses, since he'll just clean it himself.
Fleur becomes more and more adamant, until she begins freaking him out.
Dudley was right, crazy hot girls are crazy... He thought, as he remembered overhearing his cousin.
Panicking at the situation, as well as all the people who've begun to stare.
He makes a run for it, with Fleur hot on his heels.
He escapes... For now...
Little did he know, the crazy girl will be at Hogwarts this coming year.
