Ok Harry and fleur meet a little before Harry's first year as they meet when fleur's meets his eyes her magic starts to connect with his and that's how she know she's found her soulmate so she starts talking with him and then Harry learns she's magical aswell since he didn't know that to start with so as Harry hears his uncle yes for him to get moving angrily so Harry gets nervous and quickly says good-bye as he's about to hurry away fleur stops him and hands him a paper with her family's address and tells him to keep in touch and they start writing back and forth till certain events happen .
