I put in some of my outline for Fae!Harry Potter into sudowrite, and it came up with this! A little bit rough but a very solid start.
The train ride to Hogwarts was an exciting one for Rhian. She had never been on a train before, and the sights and sounds were so different from anything she was used to in the forest of Annwn. She was a bit nervous, too, as this was her first time away from home. But she soon made friends with a boy who was sitting across from her in the compartment.
James Potter introduced himself and his friends Sirius Black, Remus Lupin, and Peter Pettigrew. Rhian was stunned to learn that they were also first-years. James had messy black hair, hazel eyes, and an impish smile that made him seem like he was up to no good. He was tall for his age, with a lean build, and reminded Rhian of a sleek panther. Sirius was dark haired like James and seemed a bit more mature, but he was still skinny and lean. He had light gray eyes and, like James, a mischievous twinkle in them. Remus had dark brown hair and a shy smile, and he seemed to be the quietest of the four. Peter was the roundest of the bunch, and his face was always a bit flushed. He was also the one who spoke the most, and Rhian soon learned he had an endless supply of jokes. His jokes weren't always very funny, but they were always delivered with such enthusiasm that they made her laugh anyway.
She told them her full name was Rhiannon Alena Morgana Igraine Pendragon, but that she preferred to go by Rhian. She said she was a first-year due to be attending Hogwarts in the fall with her cousin Morgana. When James asked if Morgana would be in Gryffindor too, Rhian told him that Morgana would be in Slytherin. That surprised the boys, as they were all sure they'd be in Gryffindor together.
