Harry Potter is a veteran detective for Interpol working on a difficult case involving a string of Grand Larcencies where prominent members of society have had valuable items such as artwork or jewellery stolen from them and at each crime scene, a beautiful flower is left behind along with a note taunting Interpol into coming after them. While at a charity event where the thief is sure to strike next, Harry meets a mysterious and intoxicatingly beautiful woman named Fleur Delacour who intrigues Harry and entrances nearly every man and woman in the room. After parting ways with the mysterious Fleur, Harry resumes trying to catch the thief but the thief has struck taking a valuable art bust. As per usual, a flower is left at the scene of the crime and a note, but this time, the note is addressed to Harry leading him down a dangerous game of cat and mouse and he discovers that all the people who had their valuables stolen aren't all that innocent and perhaps the thief has a vendetta to settle with them.
