High Fantasy AU setting. The kingdoms of Loegria and Francia, though divided by a channel, have a long and tumultuous history. Both kingdoms have mixed populations of ordinary people, those with magical gifts and magical beings. Recently, there had been a treaty between the two kingdoms, binding them to peace. Yet the duration of the treaty is running out. Neither monarch has any interest in pursuing a war, so they both draft a new treaty and give their mandate to their chosen emissaries. The king of Loegria sends the young Sir Harry, a son of one of his veteran and decorated knights, an apprentice to his court Wizard, the venerable Albus Dumbledore, and recently an assistant to his Chancellor. Sir Harry is a handsome, valiant knight with many a maiden dreaming of ensnaring him with their wiles and many a covetous eye watching the accolades he has already earned. But it is his sharp wits and a keen eye for detail, be it a hidden enchantment or vague wording, that made the king send such a young man. On neutral grounds, Sir Harry meets the Francian envoy, Lady Fleur Delacour, as sharp as she is charming, beautiful as the dawn and of obvious Faerie heritage. A duel of charms and wits ensues where both sides try to finagle more concessions, more advantages for their kingdom. Both of them love their homelands and have no wish for war. As the negotiations go on, a growing respect forms between the two diplomats. Finally, they finish the treaty and send it to their kings. As they await their lieges’ judgement on the results of their work, both envoys talk, learn about each other and become fast friends. Then, the good news arrive! Both kings are happy with the new treaty and have ratified it. And to seal the deal and strengthen the bonds between the two kingdoms, young Sir Harry and Lady Fleur are to be married!A feudal romance, with courtly intrique, plots, seduction, kidnapping attempts! Whatever could fit in!

Papa Harry
Harry ends up in the past in his 6th year, founders time. He spends years there and eventually falls in love with Rowena, they have a kid. They name her Helena.
Something happens and Harry gets pulled into the present, and awakens moments after he got sent to the past.
He realizes something and immediately runs off in search of the grey lady.
He finds her, and she turns to see him crying.
"You remember?" Her voice hitches as ghostly tears wet her eyes. "Papa?"
Harry, unable to speak, nods.

Can be a continuation to Un Petit Oops
He looked so comfortable, curled up on the bed, his face peaceful. She longed to curl up beside him, wrap an arm around him and revel in his embrace when he reciprocated, as they fell asleep together. So it broke her heart to see him sleeping on his side, instead of on his back as he usually did, because of her. Because of her mistakes, because of her disregard for his health and feelings.
Silently, she lifted the covers covering his form, spooning up behind him, her hand draping over his chest, careful to avoid his recovering … injury.
"Fleur", He whispered, tensing up as she snuggled close, "What are you-"
"I’m sorry for waking you, Mon Cheri", She murmured into his ear, "I… just wanted to cuddle a bit."
He slipped from her arms, and she bit back a cry of anguish as he slowly, painfully, moved away from her.
"S..Sorry Fleur", His eyes refused to meet hers, "I’m… not quite ready for that yet."
"Why?", She croaked, tears pooling in her cerulean eyes.
His gaze dropped, a pained, vulnerable expression on his face, "Fleur…. I trusted you. I trusted you to care for me, to listen, to not take advantage of me. And you… you broke that trust. You hurt me, after saying you wouldn't. And.. I know its childish, I know its stupid, but -"
"It's not!", She interjected, prompting him to stare at her, eyes wide, "Its not stupid. It's not childish. It's not weak or pathetic or anything else." His silence prompted her to continue.
"It's human, ‘Arry. People hurt when others break their trust. And… I know I messed up. I let my passion, my own needs take over your wishes, your health, and that was wrong", Tears slipped from her eyes, tracing wet tracts down her cheeks, "I was stupid, I was selfish, and I’m so fucking sorry. I -"
Her eyes widened as he cut her off, shifting to sit beside her, he drew her head onto his chest, arms wrapping around her as she clutched at him, tears flowing freely from her eyes as she shook, muttering apologies over and over.
Hours later, as they lay in bed, her head on his chest as she traced shapes on his arm, Fleur spoke up, her voice soft, unsure, ""Arry?"
"Hm?"
"Will… will we ever have what we had before this? Will we ever go back to that?"
"No."
The curt answer stung, yet it was exactly what she’d expected. Biting her lip, she nodded.
"It’ll never be the same", he continued, one arm coming up to stroke her hair out of habit, "But… that doesnt mean we cant have something stronger."
Her eyes flitted up to his as he spoke, "We’ve hurt, we’ve been hurt, and we’ve changed. But I’d like to think we’ve changed for the better."
Closing her eyes, she sighed, snuggling into his chest, "I’d like to think that too ‘Arry."

Smart to Voldemort
Tom read the article with relish, "Harry Potter, age 187, died in bed last evening..."
Finally, after all these years, he could return to his conquest of magical Britain.
Thank goodness he did the sensible thing as an immortal wizard and simply waited for his prophesied opponent to die. What sort of a moron would risk fate itself smiting them down? Patience - that was always Tom's greatest weapon. And with the massive fortune he'd accumulated through slow, safe investments over the course of nearly two centuries, he was all set to bribe the right people to put himself in power.

Un Petit Oops
At age 35, Fleur Potter nee Delacour discovers one of the most infamous websites to exist.
She discovers....Pornhub
Harry's sex life is never the same
“What are you watching, dear?” He asked his wife.
Jerking suddenly, she smashed the screen of her laptop shut before replying innocently, “Nothing…”
Next day…
“‘Arry! Come!” Fleur called. “We need to do this one right. now”
Minutes later…
“Ow. Ow. Fleur stop!” Harry begged in agony. “I can’t twist my body like that!”
"AH, you broke it!"
"Oh-la-la, pardon mon amour,” she spoke worriedly. “It will beuff out, non?"
"I'm afraid," he winced. "That from now on, you stick to the usual."
She snickered, "Stick."
"Fleur," he whined. "Too early."
Sighing disappointingly, she moved off him and left him to his miserable condition.
"Hey," he yelled.
"You just gonna leave me like this?"
Poking her head out of the bathroom, she eyed him flatly. "Well, I don't know, chéri," she shrugged. "I'm not a plumber. I can't fix a bent pipe."
He levelled an accusatory look at her. "Blame me all you want," she huffed. "You'll come back for more anyway."
Next day…
"You did what?" Harry gasped in disbelief.
Rolling her eyes, his wife continued to wash the dishes.
“‘Ow do you think I know all zat I do now ‘Arry?”
Fleur groans tiredly, rubbing her eyes, "I don't think I was in my right mind then. Because this was a mistake"
"All I did was ask Nana for...advice," she uttered, her voice betraying no guilt. "And, what happened was an accident, 'Arry."
"I still can't pi-...relief myself right," he growled.
"I know, the toilet seat seems to have remained down, as of late," she smirked. "Can't say I mind that new development."
"Fleur!"
"Easy chéri," she admonished. "You know what the Healer said. Getting upset will only lead to...uhm, le petit monsieur to get excited."
"Fuck!" He yelled.
"Not soon, anyway," she giggled.
"Woman!"
"Yes."
Thinking better of it at the deadly stare coming from his wife, Harry shut his mouth. "Nothing. Can I have some tea?"
"Bien sur," she replied, the half-avian face morphing back to her human self.
Immediately After...
Fleur watched her love’s face crumple, as he seemed to shrink down on himself, eyes looking everywhere but at her.
“‘Arry?”, She asked tentatively, reaching out for him, the way he flinched at the motion tearing her heart in two, “You… know I was joking, right?”
His eyes met hers, and the uncertainty and fear in them broke her, inside.
“Were you?”, He asked, his voice soft and low, “Were you really?”
Gasping, she took a seat beside him on the couch, drawing him into her embrace. His body was tense, wound up, afraid.
“F..Forgive me Harry”, She whispered, her hands stroking his hair, voice cracking from the weight of the emotions welling up in her, “I took it too far. I never meant to hurt you! Not now, not ever.”
He scoffed lowly, “Didn't seem that way to me.”
“I’m sorry!”, she whispered, “I’m so sorry. I’ll never do this again Harry I’m so sorry.”
“Never?”, His voice was quiet, and oh so hopeful.
“Never”, she vowed.
He relaxed in her embrace, his form slumping onto hers, as she continued stroking his hair.
“Thank you”, he whispered.

Survival
It's Castaway, HP edition! Harry has to survive in a state of nature and is isolated from civilization. Maybe he has his wand and the fic is a fun adventure of him journeying through the scenario as if it were symbolic of independence and self-determination where he feels liberated by both being forced to fend for himself and only being responsible for his own being.
Maybe it's a gritty story of human versus nature where he loses his wand and has to overcome his obstacles by his wit with the only magic he can use being limited potions and whatever power he can summon up from deep within himself, and he comes out the other side changed and more confident but no one in the ordinary wizarding world can relate to the experience as they have been so dependent on conventional magic and wands that they have lost sight of their own power to self-determine and survive.
Maybe it's an emotion story where Harry has been running from his problems and is metaphorically forced to turn around and face them as he is trapped alone on a deserted island with nothing but himself for company, and its not until he faces his problems that he's able to come out the other side. There's all kinds of things you could do, and it's not really something that has been done before. Supporting characters could be present or not, Fleur is the obvious choice here, but Luna or Neville would be good as well.

Passions and Stones
Harry upon saving the stone is offered a reward by Nicholas and Perenelle (The stone isn’t destroyed obviously) He asks them if he they could find him a family that actually wants him and in return they adopt him, inspiring his passions and pushing him to be his own person and leave his own mark.
His passion can be your choice but I had decide on him being obsessed with magical creatures and their own abilities and such. ( I had the idea of him being obsessed with the Delacours due to them being human and magical creature, which would open up the flowerpot line!

Gopnik!Fleur
The sound of an old car coughs from the Dursley's driveway.
Petunia peeks through the curtain and stairs in horror at the beat up Lada coughing smoke as it dies. It's door opens and the most horrendous noise Petunia has ever heard echoes from the cars stereo.
Out climbs a young lady in a black striped tracksuit.
She's.... Smoking
To Petunias horror, she tosses the still smouldering cigarette bud right there in her driveway.
She was so lost in shock, that she didn't realize the young woman had come to their door and was banging on it.
She ignores it But the banging intensifies It was attracting the neighbours She needed to stop it
She calls for Vernon to answer the door Vernon rips it open with fury on his face But is cowed in an instant when he sees the hard glare in Fleur's eyes.
"You Dursley?"
Vernon nods weakly
"This Harry's house, da?"
He nods again, trembling now
She pushes past him, and past Petunia, who whimpers.
She goes straight to the kitchen And pulls open the fridge, hard enough that the jars rattle.
Petunia watches her take out a tupperware filled with last nights leftovers, and raises her hand weakly to try and stop her.
Fleur doesn't bother warming the food. She just grabs a fork, and sits down. Pushes Vernon's paperwork on the floor and begins eating.
Without swallowing, she points the fork at Petunia.
"Fetch Harry."
Petunia rushes up the stairs. And comes down moments later with a very confused Harry Potter.
His face brightens up as soon as he sees Fleur, something which to the Dursley's surprise, is mimicked by the terrifying young lady.
Fleur drops her fork, messing food without a care and grabs Harry in a massive hug, peppering his face with kisses and proceeds to drag him out of the house.
Dudley comes downstairs and finds his parents standing there frozen.
He hears a car wheezingly start up through the open front door
"Mum?"
She ignores him and turns to Vernon.
"What the fuck just happened???"

What a Mess
Vampire!Harry, who's not too good at the whole 'being a scary vampire' thing. One day, he attacks a French Noblewoman, one Fleur Delacour. He overpowers her easily, as you do, and as he's draining her blood, instead of being terrified that she's going to die, she's more annoyed he's staining her dress. Harry is confused. sure, he's not great at being scary, but he expected at least some existential terror. She tells him its really hard to be scared when he's being so messy and that its disgusting, and she's going to stick with him until he learns how to feed more elegantly.
[Optional: Turns out she's been reading a lot of romanticized vampire works, and has been dreaming of being assaulted by a sexy vampire and him being taken by her, spiriting her away to marry him. Harry fits the sexy part fine, but he's not elegant or dashing enough for her tastes.... yet]

An Angel and a Devil
Harry and Fleur are either engaged or married. After the war with Voldemort, they together left Britain and now live in France. Fleur works as an enforcer for the ICW, busting international trafficking rings and smuggler gangs or assisting various Ministries with trouble beyond their scope. Due to her actions and her dedication she came to be known as ‘Angel’, having saved countless people from a miserable fate.
Harry also joined the ICW and worked as a field agent for some time. However, it was quickly decided he was more suited for the role of a trainer. While his methods are unorthodox, they are highly effective. Among the trainees he is known as ‘Devil’, due to how brutal and gruelling his lessons are.
The leadership of the ICW quickly decided that while both are very effective at what they do, Harry and Fleur should not work together. The reason? Extensive collateral damage during their joint operations. However, should a sufficiently extraordinary threat to the magical and/or muggle world emerge, this rule is to be waived.

Terminator Squib
I wanna see a fic with a squib protagonist that rises to power by using potions and alchemy to permanently alter their body and imbue it with effects and powers to overcome their disadvantage against conventional witches and wizards. Borrow the magic resistance from giants, the speed from werewolves, the durability from vampires. Imbue yourself with permanent versions of pepper up, wit sharpening, and healing potions. Give yourself the holy grail and combine alchemy with Felix Felicis to make yourself permanently, unnaturally lucky (though maybe the effect is reduced.) Strengthen your bones, enhance muscles and healing, make yourself immune to poisons and acids. *Turn yourself into the Terminator. *
There would always be some new thing that witches and wizards could throw at you, but every new trick only works once.

Prompt: 219
It was a curious thing, Fleur concluded, that she and her husband would become parents to two children, with a third on the way (the thought of which made her smile yet again) all the while less than a year into their marriage.
Teddy was in many ways to be expected.
Andromeda's health had been declining ever since losing her husband, and the death of her daughter only quickened it. She stayed strong though, caring for her grandson long enough for Harry to put himself back together, (with help from a devoted wife and loyal friends of course). When Andy passed, Fleur knew that Harry would take his godson in, she would not have it any other way, it was her husband's loving heart that captured her own.
The shock was a few months later, right as she was settling into their new routine, Harry came into their home with a child in his arms. A pale, sickly little girl with hauntingly familiar eyes. As her husband wrestled with himself about what to do with the daughter of his greatest enemy, she already know what his answer would be. Harry had spoken of his childhood and its similarities to Riddle's, he would not let an innocent child suffer the sins of the father.
And so Delphi Potter joined their little family. And as soon as her love returned from his work as an Auror, she would be informing him about the soon to be third child of theirs.

Hate Me
Harry Potter looked at the letter in his hand, and could only laugh as tears rolled down his cheeks…
“Fleur, I’m sorry that I had to end this way, I wish there was a way for me to fix what I’m about to do, but I can’t let you stop me… not this time...”
After handing Hedwig the letter, and a gentle goodbye, Harry Potter was no more. This is the tale of a grieving girlfriend ready to get justice.

The Bubbleboy Who Lived
Harry keeps getting into danger causing some of the more involved parents (ie. PTA Karens) to demand that something be done. Invented by famed artificer and enchantress Appoline Delacour, a perfect sphere of glass is etched with thousands upon thousands of runes and layered with hundreds of charms. The end result is the newly christened "Hexed Unbreakable Nullification Kernel" (HUNK). To protect both Harry from the world and the world from Harry, it was decided that Harry would be the first HUNK. And thus "The Bubbleboy Who Lived" was born.

Diggity Darn
Okay. I have got a book idea, I don't know if it's already a book. But diggity Darn it's been on my mind for a good while so I want there to be little time skips between 1st year, 4th year to 6th year and then Post-War. There will be little snippets of other years. But mainly Letters of conversations In the first year, Harry and Fleur meet in exchange of I believe the Malfoy meeting in the Clothing shop. Bit weird I know. But Her Parents Appoline and Sebastian are from the French Ministry, doing work on England, so they found it easier to get the Beaubaxton uniform where they were working. Fluers allure is starting to kick in, but Harry having a potential friend ignores it, Shocking them both parents and McGonagall (who is taking him around instead of Hagrid) (Nothing Wrong with Hagrid but I want McGonagall to become a Grandmother Figure for Harry) They both promise to stay in touch and Send letters through- out his first year. (They are the same age. Though Hogwarts start at 14 so in 4th year he will be able to put himself in the goblet of fire) .There will be little cutting of there Letters from Year 2 to year 4. Sounds dull. But they message in 2nd year and chunk of 3rd however Harry Almost forget her, when Sirius comes along. He realizes him mistake through out that summer and Apologize. And to make it upto her. Through sirius. Who is free, as They Managed to Catch Wormtail, and contacted Amelia Bones the head of the DMLE through here niece Susan.4th year runs similar except he's old enough to put his name in the goblet, so he did. He gets chosen, Ron's a prat,. Stays a prat and thats the end of them. Hermione. Has realized she loves rom so stays with him but offers to help Harry. He don't need it. He got our Blonde Veela, Harry at this point is quite protective of Fleur cause of how people act around her. They stick together. And they go to the Yule ball together. (Task one Harry didn't use a wooden stick in front of a dragon. Remus taught him how to properly fight. And he's buddy buddy with McGonagall. He's almost a Newt level student in Transfiguration and Charms.) But they go to the yule ball together. Dance. Have fun. And just as it hit 12 they shared a cheeky kiss. Both of them not knowing how to react to there feelings. Avoided one another. Until just before the 3rd task. (Harry still saved her sister. Still got a cheeky peck out of her for that. But she still ignored him) they spoke before the 3rd task and shared another Cheeky Kiss. 5th year and 6th year go the same. Except Harry goes around on his own and fleur Transfered to Hogwarts to be close to him. Id like it to be a Marked one. So like a soul bond or something? Harry is Fleurs mate. Umbridge dont like it. So is massively abusive towards Fleur. So much so as to use Crucio in a detention. Fleur wants to be a Cursebreaker so she interns with Gringots where she meets bill Weasley. He's a little ass. Who tries to get Fleur to Cheat not knowing she'd marked him. And any thoughts of Infidelity Hurts her physically. The rest I'm kinda stuck on but I don't want it to be. Oohhh we killed Voldy. Epilogue. I want that to be half the story. The other half to be them finishing Hogwarts. Getting there newts. Finding jobs. Getting married. Having kids. Living life. Cause I want Harry's young life to be kinda like mine. Not very good. Dursleys. How they were. More Physical.I want the story to have a detailed future. Not just "They lived happily. Ever after" even if it's cursed Child Esque. Where future Harry is shown the love and Affection he never got. By Fleur, her parents. And there Kids

Samurai
Harry, after years of tutelage and training at the mountain dojo, was kneeling in front of his Sensei.
“Your training is now finished, some would say. However… Harry?” His Sensei raised his wizened eyebrow, clearly expecting an answer.
“One’s training never ends, Sensei.” Harry dutifully spoke up.
A smile transformed his Sensei’s scarred face into a friendly one.
“Indeed. Keep the following lessons always in mind. Your stance should be always natural. This way it will never change, whether you stand at peace or with blades drawn. If you fight as you would stand normally, your mind does not need to shift to be ready. Strategy is nothing more than deception, and the truth will be revealed at the end in the killing. Show something different than your true intentions, and practice it as often as possible. That way, when it is time to draw the blade the mind will do it automatically. That way you also learn tosee through other's facades. It teaches you to see what you are not meant to see. A man’s eyes can lie, so watch his shoulders, his belly and his breathing. A man can fool you with any one of these, but keeping a broad mind prevents you being fooled by all of them. When it comes time to strike, you must strike from the spirit. Thought is slow, but spirit has no time for hesitation. The spirit cannot be distracted. The spirit exists where there is nothing or where actions are unclouded by emotion or thought, the idea of striking from the spirit means to do so without emotion or perception. When an opponent moves with great urgency and strength merely let him go by. A side step is much quicker than a charge, and it leaves you in a position where negotiation means nothing.
When the spirit is clear and in tune with the elements, your true perception will be with mushin, and your spirit will be one with the universe. Then you will learn your opponent's every desire. "Mushin" means "no-thought" or "no-mind", and when one is no-mind one's spirit will be free to act. At the point of becoming mushin, a samurai is in touch with all the elements and the cosmic order. He knows his enemy better than he knows himself, for his enemy is limited by his own perceptions. Be like the river, ever flowing with no beginning or end. One movement leads to another, and the river can flow in all directions at once. This teaches that there is more to a duel than just a single strike. Where many schools teach a secret stepping technique, we do not. There are no secret techniques, all movements are natural. There is a big difference between timing and rhythm. Many schools teach rhythm, and their techniques are like music in beats and tempo. We teach timing, striking between the moments when the opponent is counting their beats. If you watch your opponent carefully, he will reveal his timing to you. Strike when his timing will prevent him from acting, and strike when your opponent believes you cannot. Show him weakness and he will charge, and that is when you have him. Learn to count, and understand his rhythm. If he breathes on one, prepares on two and strikes on three, you must strike between one and two. When you and your opponent fight, there are only three alternatives. If he strikes first, kill him. If you strike first, kill him. If you both strike at the same time, kill him. And finally, do not believe you can win, but know it. Go, and I know you shall bring honour to the Clan.”

Prompt: 89
It's 6 am on Christmas morning, and Fleur Weasley is running wind sprints in the backyard of the burrow. Harry's no better, up early for a jog to try to push away the faces of those who won't be making the celebrations today.
The war has been over since Halloween, but the fear it brought still lives on. Fleur lost her husband, and Harry lost friends and mentors. They're both trying to run away from the guilt of making it through.
A Flowerpot fic where Fleur and Harry have continued to train like the war's still on because it helps them cope with not being good enough to save their friends. Training partners to friends to lovers, with probably some constructive outlets for their pent-up energy along the way.
I have a mental image of Harry introducing Fleur to Muggle Sunday League football (soccer). They join the team, and their teammates' coaxing is what helps them move from friends to lovers.

Camping
Harry notices that the Weasley's plus Hermione still don't like Fleur, especially after she broke off her engagement with Bill. So, in order to try to mend bonds and show them that they can all be friends, Harry invites them all to go camping with him for a week. But Ron and Hermione have to cancel as they just got engaged and are busy. And Ginny cancels because she still doesn't like Fleur and refuses to spend any time with her, so that leaves Harry and Fleur.
Surprisingly, Fleur is still wiling to go camping with Harry, regardless of it just being the two of them(as they had originally decided for the boys to tent together and vice versa.
So they drive a few hours into the wilderness, completely alone for hundreds of kilometers
They set up their tents, camp, collect firewood and begin preparing dinner. But as they are about to eat, a freak storm appears out of nowhere and the two have to hide in the car to avoid the severe rain and wind.
And when they emerge an hour later, they find the Fleur's tent is completely gone, washed away in the freak flashflood. Along with all her supplies and clothes!
But when Harry suggests just calling it a trip and going home, Fleur just shrugs, says that she didn't have many cute clothes in there anyway and doesn't mind. She can just borrow from him, if he doesn't mind, of course. He doesn't. And when Harry realizes that her tent is completely gone, he's worried, as says as much. But she merely shrugs, saying she'll just have to bunk with him, if he doesn't mind, of course.
Harry doesn't mind, he doesn't mind one bit
Then several comedic things happen, they have romantic moments at the campfire and blushes in the tent, then things jump several steps when Fleur asks if wants to go skinny dipping
Harry agrees, of course

Prompt: 67
I just had to get this out. This feels more like an outline but a prompt. I might actually write it at some point.
During POA, Hermione manages to grab Scabbers and Sirius is allowed back into society after Peter Pettigrew is proven to be guilty. Afterwards, Harry only spends 2 days at the Dursleys and then he is allowed to go off to Number 12 where Sirius begins teaching and spending time with Harry more with the aim of showing him more of the magical society that he can only experience with family (gatherings, attending events etc.).
Harry first meets Fleur in a party he attends with Sirius. Fleur is alone in the garden and Harry stumbles into her. After fumbling and later moving to leave, she challenges him to a wizard's duel that she narrowly wins (due to experience with actual dueling and Harry just unleashing raw power which catches her off guard, or he could straight up beat her which surprises her).
Fleur's family, considered one of the most important families in France wants to have some footing in England. Their solution? Arrange Fleur's marriage to Harry. They find this out after their duel.Although Fleur's face was neutral she was just as surprised. She knows her duty to her family and her heritage so she accepts it. However she wants to understand and get to know Harry first before marrying which her mother accepts.
Harry spends the rest of his summer in France, visiting their house from time to time. During their meetings Fleur would always challenge Harry to a duel. Gabrielle, of course, wants to marry Harry. Despite their arranged marriage, Harry manages to talk to her with ease and she enjoys their bouts.
Harry still goes to the Burrow to meet up with Ron and everyone else for the Quidditch World Cup. He fails to mention about his arranged marriage. He just knows that Fleur will be there too but with her friends.
Part 2:
Harry still goes to the Burrow to meet up with Ron and everyone else for the Quidditch World Cup. He fails to mention about his arranged marriage. He just knows that Fleur will be there too but with her friends. She hopes she can meet him somewhere there to introduce to her best friend (who she has not revealed about the arranged marriage as well) .
During night time (when the DE attacks) he gets separated from Ron and Hermione. he comes across someone being shouting and trapped, surrounded by 2 DE. She saves that girl by some miracle. It turns out this girl is the daughter of the French Minister of Magic (and is also the best friend of Fleur Delacour). She takes an initial liking at Harry and mentions that they might meet again soon. Gives Harry a kiss on the cheeks and Harry notes that she has a warm/cheerful personality.
Harry and Fleur did not get to meet again as travel was explicitly banned for a few days following the attack. Fleur wrote to Harry asking if he was okay. They start writing more as Harry begins missing the days spent in their courtyard. Fleur also mentions that they might be meeting again.
The daughter of the minister (let's call her Charlotte for now) came for the Triwizard Tournament, and everybody swooned as she was very beautiful and comes from a very noble family. Ron of course was smitten. Ginny rolled her eyes and Harry smiled. Then Fleur came in and everybody was silent. She was devastatingly beautiful that day and Harry almost wanted to stop everyone from staring at his betrothed. Everyone was dumbfounded. Ron says she must be a Veela.
Last part:
During the feast, Charlotte comes over asking about the bouillabaisse and says hi to Harry and asks if she could bring him over to her best friend. She drags him by his arm towards Fleur who quickly grew red but managed to keep a neutral face. Agreeing through their letters that they would keep their arrangement private until they figure out about their relationship, they awkwardly say hi to each other like it was their first time.
This is very much flowerpot. Charlotte is just there to add spice or whatever as her warm/bubbly nature will somehow make Fleur take decisive steps about her feelings towards Harry.

Kryptonian 2
At first Harry thought he failed his Animagus training. That thought fixed itself when he realized he could hear the forbidden forest, was looking at Durmstrang's ship, all while inside the Chamber of Secrets. No, according to Hermione he just had an alien race as his form.
"I always knew you had a saving people thing Harry, should have known something like this would happen."
